Third week in a row of losing hot water for several days. The brain dead manager they hired for our complex is supposed to be here 5 days a week, but he comes in MAYBE once a week, if we re lucky. Calls to the emergency maintenance number go unanswered. Don t think I ve EVER had anyone pick up.
Complex is out of control with people tossing garbage everywhere, blasting music, dogs running loose and unsupervised, and awful out of control kids screaming constantly and climbing on cars.
I ve spoken to one woman at Anza Management that was actually friendly and professional. Desperately wish I d asked for her name, so I could speak directly to her when I call. Every other person I ve spoken to is rude and apathetic. I ve placed countless complaints about the state of our complex and our sorry excuse for a manager, and nothing ever happens.
Can t wait to get out of this dump. I hope these people are embarrassed at their lack of basic abilities to run a business, but I don t think they have the mental capacity.
