I have ordered various items this past month that ...

I have ordered various items this past month that were good, some repeat orders. But, I ordered their baked barbecue chicken 50 minutes before closing and it came burnt. They removed the skin from the breast to cover this up, but that didn't work. There is a difference between charred and burnt. The leg and thigh was not cooked all the way through but was burnt too.

I probably will order from them again, just not the baked barbecue chicken and certainly not that close to closing.
