When people asked me what I wanted for my birthday this year, I told them Laka Spa gift certificates. When they asked about Christmas, I told them Laka Spa gift certificates. When my boyfriend asked about Valentine's Day, I told him Laka Spa.

I don't normally splurge on luxury treatments but I have celebrated several special occasions at Laka Spa and will continue to do so. Every experience has been fantastic. The staff is friendly, efficient, and absolutely great at what they do. They always greet me with the appropriate Happy birthday/ anniversary/etc. and make sure I'm comfortable throughout my treatments without ever being invasive or challenging the ambiance. The space has always been clean and the mood relaxing; truly what you envision when you think of a perfect spa day.

I highly recommend taking advantage of their seasonal specials as they allow you to try your favorite massages or facials with different oils or to experience new treatments you wouldn't normally consider. This is how I discovered their foot reflexology treatment. As someone who until recently had a job which required me to stand all day I can honestly say that this is the ONLY foot treatment I've ever had that really relieved my pain. Now I book this every time.

I still have gift cards left from Christmas and I can't wait to use them!
