I was looking forward to stay at this luxury hotel. I have a credit card that gives me perks for certain hotels. I stayed in a jr suite that was well appointed. Too my dismay housekeeping didn t clean the room prior to my occupation. Only my bed was changed out. I found the bathroom with someone else s hair on the floor and shower. There was dirty rag streaks in the bathtub. I asked for a pot to boil water for tea and it was covered with dust along with the shelves it was on. The carpet hadn t been vacuumed also. I could see the prior tenants footprints. The robes and slippers were clean and in the closet they had sewing kit, facial mist etc. I liked that. The toiletries Armani were tailored for men with the scent of aftershave. My hair came out dry and frizzy. The price for my room $658. I complained twice. The evening, came up and I showed them the dirty bathroom and dusty room. They sent up a clean pot and apologized. . At that point I didn t want tea. At checkout I also let them know how disappointed A manager came out and apologized for my room. They were dumbfounded. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast.
