bought a used car and 4 days later it made a horrible grinding noise. Took it my trusted mechanic who said the wheel hub was bad and was not safe to drive. Lexus of Maplewood initially refused to fix it but I sent an email to the general manager who agreed to take care of it. We settled on a dollar amount I thought was fair. The car buying experience was good. The follow up was not as good but they were willing to work with me so overall I would buy again if need be.
