Went there for a birthday meal, the service was absolutely atrocious. Staff bar 1, were ridiculously rude and not attentive, I also requested for one of their own cakes to be taken to our table whilst singing happy birthday, instead the waiter slammed the plate on our table and left. It appeared that the service we received was exclusive as at other tables, parties were privy to good manners and tailored assistance, I can only presume from this observation and reading the reviews beforehand, such service is reserved for those of a middle class background.

So in closing, I wouldn't recommend attending if you want to be treated to a nice meal and good manners on a special occasion, that has no connection with business contracts.
