We purchased our second certified RX350 from this dealership and this second experience was as good if not better than first. We had looked at a 2013 model and when we went to purchase it was already sold. I had another dealership to go to with a similar vehicle. The used car manager didn't want to lose my business because i had all the maintenance done there previously. She and the manager looked at what was coming in off leases and found the perfect car and price for us. Thanks to our salesman Franco for making this an easy and pleasant transaction.
