I have been trying to work with this nursing home ...

I have been trying to work with this nursing home for a while and it has been a terrible experience for my mother and our family. The staff steals and the nursing home refuses to pay or replace stolen items. My mother is unable to move but her phone and tablet was cracked and had water damage. I sent the receipts but I keep getting the runaround. The director Kris Welshman does not make sure that there are enough staff members throughout the day and takes no responsibility for the actions of her staff. They make schedules to clean the residents but they are not being taken care of. The resident request help and they go unanswered. They will give your loved ones medicine without your permission. (Personal experience) The doctors take months to respond. If you love and care about your family do not bring them here. Due to the Corona Virus I am unable to move my mother at this time.
