This place is amazing! Stylists are super friendly and soooo good at what they do. I hadn t gone to a hair stylist in probably 10 years due to bad experiences and awful chops. I started going to Cheeky Strut a year before my wedding so that I could get my hair perfect, and each time was better than the last. They are beyond professional and take care of their clients as if they were friends. I buy product pretty much every time and my hair stylist recommends something new each time that I absolutely LOVE. She gets me out of my comfort zone with my hair and even did my hair for my wedding. I ve seen 3 stylists there and each one made me feel welcome and did a fantastic job. Britt is and always will be my favorite, just because she s more of a friend now than my hair stylist.

Whoever Syd Kid is, they are completely out of line. Getting your hair done is not a necessity, and Cheeky Strut has handled their return to work SO WELL. Even during quarantine, I made sure to tip my stylist because they weren t able to return to work to protect both clients and stylists. Britt was nice enough to help me with some of my hair experiences during quarantine like removing my extensions All I had to do was wait in my car, I texted them when I was ready, walked up to the door and if someone was there you wait no more than MAYBE 5 minutes. They checked my temp, had me sign a health form, gave me something to wipe my phone, and sanitized. Every possible safety protocol was taken to protect their clients and their stylists. I would rather go through the inconvenience of a 5 Minute wait outside and a temp check than go through a virus that ll keep me at home sick for 2 weeks. There are several businesses who should not be back open because they are not being safe about their return, such as letting people sit too close together and not making sure masks are kept on. Cheeky Strut is the only business so far that has put the health and safety of OTHERS first, above reopening and making money. I will continue to support this business and their employees, and if you don t like the way they re being run during a freaking PANDEMIC maybe you should evaluate yourself first. It s a hair salon, not a hospital. Nobody is forcing you to go and they have sent NUMEROUS emails detailing their rules and safety precautions, as well as posting them on all social media platforms. If you can t read, you shouldn t be going out quite yet.
