The most staff are fine, but the staff who is giving the visitor badge has a horrible attitude to visitors. Using a scold tone to tell visitors as if he is the ruler of everyone. That African guy is a shame of the U.K. parliament. He even threatened to have law enforcement come just because the visitor can't understand his bad English speaking like a mad man!
