A large number of the staff seems to be there for a paycheck and not much else for the clinics I've dealt with. The ortho clinic is backed up to the point that an appointment is a joke. All an appointment is for is when you show up. They will see you when they get to you. I left without seeing a provider at my last appointment because I was 45 minutes past my appointment time and they still didn't have any solid idea as to when I would be seen.
