I bought a mattress in January for $1300. This was a big purchase for me, and at first i had nothing but great things to say about the sales guy Jim M, because i felt he was taking me seriously (I m only 26 and had gone to a couple stores before and other salesmen just had the notion that I couldn t possibly afford a luxury mattress and I was just in there to kill time/waste theirs.) Jim spent a lot of time with me, answering my questions and looking at different financial options. However, he led me to believe the Progressive Lease option works a little differently than it actually does and I will now wind up paying more than double what the mattress costs. I am very disappointed and I feel completely ripped off. I am happy with my mattress, but had I known the lease option worked this way (not the way he explained it) i would have just paid for it up front. Ridiculous.
