I am satisfied with the services except that the baggage handler during my check out who told my wife to transport the baggage to our transport bus failed to do so. I went back to the main lobby and my baggage was still there. One of the employees took the luggage to the bus driver who was loading the luggage at that time. When I came home I discovered that my white S5 Samsung charger was missing. I remember placing the charger at the top pocket of the baggage. I checked out from mountain wing 120 on January 8th between 10 am to 11 am. Please investigate. Thank you very much, Zack
