Among the best hospitality experiences I've had, certainly in Thailand. The staff in the hotel is absolutely amazing, each and every person is helpful, polite, smiling and energetic. I've never encountered this before to this extent. Everyone also speaks great English and I've never had issues communicating.
The rooms are clean, facilities are well maintained and everything that's physical is excellent. This hotel was built in 2010 and things are quite new.
Management seems to be around at all times, making sure you're happy. I've seen the head cooks running around the breakfast area (which is amazing, by the way) each morning making sure people are happy and things run smoothly.
Another thing I'd like to call out is the Hospitality Room where you have great free food, air conditioning and couches to hang out at.
We had a very late flight and we had the room all to ourselves to wait at for 10 hours. It's the first time I've seen this (even in tens of other 5-star hotels I've stayed at) and it's extremely thoughtful.
