Best dinner experience we ve had in a long time! We had dinner at The Optimist last night for the first time and it was unbelievable. Amazing seafood - we got the Tilefish, Duck Fat Poached Swordfish and the Grilled Whole Branzino. So flavorful and cooked perfectly. We also started with some unique, delicious appetizers.. Tuna Crudo, Octopus and Calamari. Best octopus we ve ever had!!! Not chewy, really tender and tasty. Dessert was amazing too.. Chocolate Chess Pie and Strawberry Cheesecake. This place is top notch! The restaurant is really cute too.. nice vibe. Trendy, clean, cute! Our waiter, JR, made the evening even more enjoyable. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! We will most definitely be back!
