I used Taylor McCaffrey LLP for several years to maintain the business records for a Incorporated company. As law standards go these tasks are simple and mundane but they repeatedly misfiled papers and needed constant fallow ups on their work. I had finally had enough and did receive written apologies but there was zero attempt to reconcile or correct their mistakes after the fact. I've spent a lot personal time trying to do the filings myself which defeats the entire purpose of having a law firm take care of it for you. I'd recommend using someone else as I've moved on.
