The staff are very friendly and never fail to offer water, coffee of soft drinks. I had a great experience working with Joe Nichols. He is knowledgeable and professionally. And more importantly, he wasn't the typical pushy car salesman who doesn't seem to care about your needs. He listened and then found the specific vehicle at the price we wanted.
