Accomplishing our re-fi with Pacific Rim Mortgage was stress-free mainly because of the diligent work of Jodie, Lisa, and Kat. They were specific with their instructions and provided help to the maximum extent possible. My wife and I never felt like we were forgotten about at any moment during the process and they made us feel as if we were the only ones that mattered (when we knew they were assisting numerous families at the same time).
