I started going to Honda of Serramonte because it's conveniently located close to my job. I kept going because of the service. The place is a well oiled machine. Everyone who works here is professional and attentive. It's a busy place and there are peak times when there are cars, people and lots of action. I never feel rushed or that I am a bother. A very special shout out to Eric Chow and Freddy Caamal. They've always taken the time and patience to explain all the details about my car repair.
