Technician came out for an emergency visit at an apartment and billed $240 for an evaluation only. His estimate state that some parts needed to be replaced and the whole building would be impacted. Decided to go with a second opinion. Issue was fixed within 30min and paid less than half for total work than what Shavitz charged for the evaluation.
