Samiah Group is a hub of cheaters and fraud persons especially Sagir Khan. They took complete amount of my booked flat with their property at Rudrapur and issued me the completion letter but have not given the possession of my flat. When I visited at the site, was shocked to see that the building is still incomplete. Sagir Khan assured me in writting to handover possession of my flat but now now without handling over possession of my flat, he is absconding. I am going to file a police complaint against him and his company because he is the face of Samiah Group and I have chat history with him in which he has admitted his mistake for delay in giving possession to me. Beware, he is a fraud.
