Casino, branded shops, restaurants. Free shuttle from the airport - just 2 stops and 10 mins away. Nothing you can't find elsewhere to be honest but if you're staying here its convenient. The famous Macau Almond buscuit shop also has a branch here. What I didn't like was the many loansharks positioning themselves in the Galaxy casino soliciting for business. Made this feel like a seedy place. Not sure if its the same in the other big casinos like the Venetian / Parisian.
