My husband and I have a unique refi situation... which most people do these days. We didnt hide that from them. Our first appt with them didnt go well. Felt like we wasted our time. The guy insulted my husband making a joke about him being injured while in the Army. We eventually asked to have our application given to another person there. From the start it didnt go well. I asked that they speak with me and not bother my husband at work. She initially called him. It was one thing after another and took 2 months for them to finally admit they couldnt help us. I asked to speak with a manager. Boss. Owner. Something. Anything and no one ever called to speak with me. I wouldnt reccomend them to anyone.
