We have The Ferguson Group to manage our rental property for almost 2 year and we are very satisfied with their service. This was the first time we worked with a property management company. Dan met us at the property and gave us advice on how to get it ready for rent (from color of the walls to housekeeping service). He provided us an overview of the local rental market and addressed all of our concerns.
Also, everyone we talked to in the office had been helpful. We are happy that everything has been smooth since the tenants moved in. We definitely recommend their service to others.
