Outrageous! 29th to reserve a limited delivery win...

Outrageous! 29th to reserve a limited delivery window for a fridge, the window was not respected at all and despite my calls no refund! The fridge door had to be changed sides, which of course was not done! Excruciating after-sales service, same in store! I have a repair day imposed on me for a day! Result I posed 2 days and my door is still not on the right side! The technician must come back a third time! Really shabby for a brand like Darty!
