This place was spectacular. From the drive in to the room views. When you drive in through the gates you re met with torches and jungle landscapes. It is the most beautiful scene in the world. I had to do the entrance a few times to get the real feel of it on camera. It s worth every penny. The service was a hit or miss at times, but there were some honorable mentions, most remarkable was Kody from Concierge. WOW. Above and Beyond, Super Star hospitality and information. I worked with a few from the hotel, but didn t receive the service like I did from Kody. The hotel staff were great, Maria from housekeeping and all the lovely ladies in the tower dining area. Same with Randall, Haweka and Luke from Valet. There was one other gentlemen that was extremely helpful in valet, but I can t remember his name bc it was hard to pronounce. They were phenomenal. I was very pleased with the property. However, The beach services were a flub, the beach and photography service was distasteful and the pool is tiny. Other than that I absolutely loved the hotel and the hotel grounds. It was stunning and breathtaking. The hotel staff and the beautiful grounds will make this my regular go-to hotel when I am in Waikiki. I loved this hotel, I would absolutely book again over and over. I don t need to try any other hotel. I found my Hawaii home.
