I cannot say enough about Ken Deleon! There's a reason he gets so many stars on Google Reviews. If I could give him more than 5 Stars, I would! Ken sets the bar for "Excellence in Customer Service." After interviewing several agents/realties, we decided to go with the Condo Connect Realty to sell our condominium in Palo Alto. We did formal interviews with each agent and Ken stood out above the rest. This is why:

(1) PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE: From the first time we met him at the interview, both Ken and his Sales Director Mei were extremely buttoned up. What we loved about the team was while they were professional and articulate, they were also warm and personable. A perfect balance when working with both sellers and buyers.

(2) KNOWLEDGEABLE: We wanted to make sure the team we selected knew the Palo Alto market because we knew that PA has unique intricacies from pricing to the type of sellers/buyers. Every question we threw at Ken, he had the answer to and more. In addition, we learned a lot from him because he would educate us on the nuances of various topics from real estate law to details involved in the selling process. Ken had data to back up his claims and had done a lot of in-depth analysis of the market that no other agent had.

(3) INTEGRITY: During the interview process one criteria we used to evaluate agents was what they would do in hypothetical situations where there was grey space. Everything Ken said and demonstrated throughout the entire selling process has been with the highest integrity. In the real estate market, we have seen firsthand other agents who have not had the same moral compass that Ken exhibits. This was a big distinguishing characteristic that we especially appreciated.

(4) COMMUNICATION: Ken's responsiveness in communications and clarity throughout the process took out a lot of the stress that typically comes with selling real estate. We were always able to reach Ken from little to big topics. Ken were especially good about covering all the details and following up on things that we inquired about.

(5) CUSTOMER-ORIENTED: Last but definitely not least, Ken not only lived up to our expectations, but he over delivered. They were customer-oriented every step of the way from their patience, educative approach, professional staging, offer taking/evaluation, and dealing with challenges that arose outside of our control.

I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone with the highest endorsement. His team would definitely be THE ONLY team we would consider for our next real estate transaction in the area.
