Cancelation policy on site is false, money trap, no cancelations

For the Christmas season was looking for a hotel to stay in Portugal. Because of covid, made sure to select a hotel with a flexible cancellation policy. Decided this hotel because I have stayd before, and offered the cancelation policy.
Well, despite having it announced in their site, this is false. I have cancelled the hotel for more than a month now and not yet received the refund on my credit card
