Beyond useless employees who push buttons and thin...

Beyond useless employees who push buttons and think they are 'geniuses'. I had a rude, condescending, unhelpful and extremely ignorant young man 'help' me today after waiting over 3 hours for assistance. (My phone has been saying no service for 4 days. Apple literally has a recall for my model for this exact problem and he ignored me multiple times when I told him that.)He plugged my phone in to a computer, deleted everything off my phone, pushed a button and said it doesn't work. He also pushed a button and told his computer to not update my phone to activate and now I can not use my phone at all. It is completely unable to activate. He broke my phone way worse than when I came in to the store. I told him he was no help and he replied "you're welcome" I told him I did not say thank you and he proceeded to say he assisted me today. He literally ruined my phone. At least before I brought it in I could use it on wifi. It now won't even activate or take me to a home screen. I am about to call and file a formal complaint. To make matters worse I just moved to Charlotte. Since the employee rendered my phone completely and utterly useless I had no gps and it took me over an hour of driving around before I found my way home.
