Stayed at Padma for 3 nights and what a great experience. Fantastic staff and great hospitality. The checking was easy and smooth. We were upgraded to a deluxe garden view room. No reasons given apart from 'as you are staying with us for the first time' thing. All good. The room was spacious with a large balcony. Room inclusions were to the point.

The resort had many pools - The main pool with a in pool bar, adult only infinity pool, kids pool, lagoon and a pool spa. All were well maintained. There were tons of staff around if we need to ask any questions of need any help. Everyone was polite.

The report has a couple of restaurants. Tried only one of them, I think it was called SKAI restaurant. Nice food with live music.

There are tons of restaurants, spas, shops right outside the resort. Its located in a very busy street. One side of the street is Kuta and the other is Seminyak.

The resort also has a beach right at its back. You can hundreds os restaurants at a stretch with bean bags for your comfort. Couldn't explore this area much but maybe next time.

They have a kids club which has hourly activities. The club room is average sized and get a bit of an upgrade.

Overall, I would rate Padma 5 stars due to exceptional customer service and for the beautiful lush green resort.

Highly recommended if you are planning to stay in Legian area.
