Karen and her entire team were a true delight to work with. They made what is typically a stressful process extremely manageable and even enjoyable as they guided us efficiently through every step. In my opinion, Karen is the most knowledgable realtor in the Sandy Springs/Dunwoody market. Aside from her expertise she is very personable and enjoyable to work with. It is clear she has her client s best interest in mind on both a professional and personal level. We had a family emergency the week of closing which she calmly managed. We were able to sign closing paperwork in a hospital room instead of a boardroom. It is a pleasure to work with someone that gets the job done and you walk away now calling them a friend.
