Booked an appointment out of spontaneity and I was blown away by such outstanding customer service. I was greeted warmly by everyone there. The facial and massage was superb. Yay for extractions! Thank you so much to Melissa for taking care of me. I was sad for the hour to go by so quickly! As I prepared to go home, she led me into a quiet room where I could enjoy a little sesame sorbet and tea. On the table, there's a sign that tells you to "take your time".. I love how I didn't need to feel rushed. Oh my love!! Best spa I've ever been to.. I would definitely fly back to Oahu just to come here again.
