Management Zachary Earnest has poor customer service. Customer service messed up our reservations a few years back was promised a do over and as usual not
Getting anywhere. Talked with management and he could care less. I figured they wanted to bring business in but apparently not. I wasn t asking for anything free... he could of just at least acted like he cared and tried to do something. Plenty of other nicer hotels along the strip!!!!
