I'm slightly confused by all the low and clearly angry reviews

My experience with Minister Law was very good. Like many I was forwarded to them by my insurance company, and like many others my case took quite some time to complete. But, I think it's important to understand that matters such as these, are complex and take time.

My collision occured in 2008 and the case was completed in 2014. 6 years. Some may say that is a long time, but when you consider the complexity of the case it really isn't. Firstly the defendant denied liability until 2 days before the liability hearing. With liability settled attention had to be turned to schedules of loss etc. All of this takes a long time. In the mean time I had to have 8 operations and recover each time, with physio etc, an updated medical reports in between.

During this time, my case was overseen by James Little and his assistant Kimberley Hesford. I have nothing but praise for them. I could access them directly via phone and email without problem. On the rare occasion James wasn't available, he'd get back to me before the end of the day.

I was kept aware of how the case was progressing, and in every occasion when I had to wait for some time, it was due to a third party or appointment, such as more surgery, or a medical report. Yes this can get frustrating, but often it is simply unavoidable.

Overall James gave me a great deal of support, and his advice was always an honest evaluation of the situation which, is exactly what I wanted. In the end, I was very happy with the outcome of my case and how it was handled.
