Very happy with the service and selection. The tech @ HB recommended a pair of FiiO FH5 in-ear 'phones and they're AWESOME!! Very happy with my purchase. 5 stars for this store, which specializes only in headphones ---- hard to find a bricks-and-mortar store like this nowadays, much less in Western Canada. Zero attitude (unlike other Vancouver hi-fi stores - you know who I'm talking about), great service, great selection!!!
