Worst company in Ireland. They have no customer service. I'm out of contract and changed provider. But I can't cancel my broadband. The first time I called I was told it was the wrong number and I had to ring their cancellation number, so that was a waste of 40 minutes. I asked for a call back but I never got it. The second time I rang and finally got through to cancellation after another 40 minutes. The agent on the phone hung up on me. So I submitted a complaint which has also been ignored.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to sign a contract with Eir.
