I have been trying to manage my Business page sinc...

I have been trying to manage my Business page since November. (4 months) . I would like to be able to respond to reviews. No one will help me. Somebody with the email bl.......@gmail has control of our page. No idea who this is. I have ran our business for the last 11 years and it is not me. They say there is nothing they can do. So I asked, "Can I just claim any business that is unclaimed and start responding to reviews" They said Yes, thats how it works. I can't belive thats how it works. I am pretty sure this review won't get me any response either. We shall see....
