Incompetence of MAXIMA staff! You should be abolished! For 8 months I have been trying to explain to the representatives of this network that they pay the bills on a monthly basis, as well as other bills to other consumers, as is normal, and yet they insist that they are indebted! He had collected 3 outstanding invoices. After countless conversations with incompetent people, they came to the conclusion that I only have an overdue bill. Surprise, from June or July last year when they had an IT adjustment (at least that's what they said). Not to mention that the bill was paid in advance precisely because we were informed that a month would follow without the bill being paid. They just started stopping our monthly subscription until that "overdue" bill is paid! After all our subscriptions expire, I can cancel them !! You make fun of people primarily by not having properly trained or informed people.
