Location is directly in the airport so nowhere near downtown Chicago. There is an up charge for everything; 20oz soda, $5, bottled water $5. Food is good but a little expensive, $18 for burger and fries. If you want a ride from the shuttle it's $5 dollars one way. I told the concierge that my mini fridge was not working properly and he said they would send someone up. I later put food in it and the next day it was room temperature. The television stopped turning on sometime during my second day. Internet was supposed to to be included with my stay and the password the front desk gave me does not work.
