This place is horrible! After two months my son was worse than when he went in. We never met the so called doctor. They did not attempt to take him off or change medications. When we called to talk with our son it was difficult to even carry on a conversation due to all the cursing by the other residents in the background. Most of the staff did not seem to care about the residents; it was just another job. One staff member told my son that he was annoying and to stay out of her way. The staff also cursed in front of and at the residents. By the way...these are 9-12 year old boys. They did not have much structured time outside of school. They were sat in front of a TV and some of the things my son reported that they watched would not have been allowed at our home. Needless to say, we transferred him to another RTC where we had a successful outcome!
