The best thing about Crown Plaza is convenience to get to the Convention Center. The restaurant served good food. The staff were helpful and friendly at the lobby desk and in the restaurant.
The frustration I had was seeing how dirty the corners of my room were. The AC/heater unit also looked dirty, so I didn't want to turn it on and make the dirt become airborne. Therefore I couldn't adjust the temperature to be more comfortable. I am used to finding an extra blanket in a motel's dresser drawer, but there were none.
I think a thorough cleaning would be wonderful. It is pretty high priced to stay there, so even though it is old and the elevators are so slow, it should be clean!
