I booked my Father into this hotel and he loved every single minute. The team went beyond the call of duty and especially a Russian lady called Kate. Kate was incredible. Bizarrely, a guest died and my Father ended up consoling the widow. My Father was terribly troubled by this event and particularly concerned for the widow who he spent a considerable amount of time with. The poor husband (86) had drowned right on the beach beside my Father. This could have been an absolute disaster but Kate managed everything with aplomb. I hope Kate's boss gives her a raise or bonus.
