I came on the day of my appointment and told me the parts hasn't arrived. They did this repeatdly over the course of 3 appointments. I called them each time before I showed up for my appointment and the rep says that they are ready to repair my van but only to turned around after I get to the shop because the parts hasn't arrived. I would not recommend anyone to have their vehicle repaired at Nalley Service Center.
