Purchased my vehicle in December 2016, have been taking it there for service since. Oil change , brakes etc. Beware of the dealers there, they called me and said the were having an end of the year sale with 6000 rebates on new 2018 so i was interested. Went in to see what this was about, Randy helped me out. He showed me the vehicle, wonderful dealer. But i think the problem came in when he turn the paperwork into what i call the devil's throne. The three devils sitting in the far corner calling the shots. They were so concerned on how much i owe on the car and how much the bank pre approved so they can put their spin on things. They sent out of the devils throne a black man of course, he came trying to slick talk me about can i put something down. I told him im not put nothing down that they callled me, i wasnt interested on trading my car. Then they wanted to run my credit stating its for some terrorist thing to see if im on the watch list. I felt so offended, you have my car in service for four days, that was tow in by my insurance company but now you have to check to see if im on terrorist list through a credit check....The real insult was when they show me how much they offered to me for my car $8600 for a 2016 ford fusion se with 35,000 miles. Beware of devils with a smile.
