They serviced my boiler fully, stating it fine to continue using but a small part would be replaced. When they return to fix the part there's surprise as the entire boiler is completely unusable and dangerous to my health.

Conveniently, I'm offered a "special price, just for you today" on a new boiler. I find it cheaper elsewhere and request a refund for the repair work that wasn't completed, and a month later I'm still trying to get money back into my account. They're even fabricating lies on the report in order to keep the cash.
