We booked a room with city views. We waited 3 hour...

We booked a room with city views. We waited 3 hours to check in. We received a less good room because and because of waiting time we compromised. We felt that they could have tried harder and were disappointed. The air conditioner did not work
On cooling. And the coffee machine is not working properly.
The hotel is expensive and not as high quality as we expected.
