Definitely STAY AWAY from that place!!

I came at freezy night, the room temperature was at 76 and didn't go higher. I called operator, he sent "engineer" which couldn't do anything he said that's the highest, i called operator and said it's not acceptable, he said the they can't do nothing the whole hotel is set at this temperature (really??). I said show me another room as u sound now ridiculous. Then the same(!) "engineer" came and.. oh miracle (!) he fixed it. I said all of u guys are such LIARS!! Just made me SO mad and irritated for no reason.

Overall:
WAY overpriced hotel,
HORRIBLE "costumer service" from most of the stuff here,
no room delivery after 11:30pm
(really?!),
No parking space,
Spent almost $300/night for a room doesn't even have tube.

It's not a hotel, it's bullshit!.
