We have been dealing with this dealership for many years and Michael was one of the best person in sales they had. After he was gone, we have been suffering a lot lately. I would specifically like to mention Mary Green (Internet Sales), i wanted to buy out Toyota Camry whose lease was over and i wanted to see how much would be the amount every month if i finance it for 4 or 5 years. I contacted them through the chat on their website, called them on their local number and sent email to reach out to them as i wasn't having enough time to go and visit their dealership. Mary first informed me that the vehicle is under my mother in law's name and she should allow this, my mother in law allowed it and confirmed by email and through telephonic conversation, this satisfied Mary's request, then she asked for me to sign the form with my SSN and other details to give me the rate. I did everything possible but in the end, she refused to give me any information saying that i have to visit them. If this was the case, why did you make me waste so much of my time on chat/email/phone/filling out the forms. This is ridiculous, when i asked for the contact details of the management, she simply ignored and didnt provide me any details.
Sure Mary and the management of Hackensack Toyota, i would rather take my business else where but to deal with people like you who treat their old committed customers so badly.
