They have a great show room with just about every type of system set up for listening. The employees are very professional and know their stuff. I am only a teenager and I was treated just as well as any adult looking to purchase a 15,000 dollar system which impressed me. I was simply looking for a pair of bookshelf speakers, they showed me a pair of excellent sounding, reasonably priced pre-owned paradigms. They want to sell you whats best for you, not try to con you into buying more than what you need. They also appreciate quality sound equipment. If you are looking for a purchasing experience, and someone who knows more than the blokes in blue shirts (you know who I'm talking about) then Suess if for you.
