I have received racist comments and improfessional...

I have received racist comments and improfessional communication with the VA La Jolla, Staffs. The only reason I have to go there because I live in the area and it's convenience. I have my Medical Insurance that I've paid for every month. The staffs need to be trained to behave professionally and do not intimidate the patient as if they all are poor and worthless. If I am a Department head of the VA Hospital in La Jolla, I will get off my chair and start the investigation of the low moral behavior of the staffs. If they hate their jobs, fire them. There are many more kind and caring people that can maintain the professionalism and do not take their jobs for granted.
